HR Advisor

The Role
- Provide HR advice to managers on a range of HR operational issues.
- Take ownership of all recruitment and branding activities.
- Be able to assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Be informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage an employee relations casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence and welfare.
- Busy with changing priorities there’s lots to get involved in.
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience of partnering with line managers.
- High standard of literacy and exceptional eye for detail.
- Fantastic organisation and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and a can do attitude.
- A level of experience meaning that you will be able to make a noticeable contribution immediately.
- With three businesses and a headcount of around 400, experience in similar businesses would be advantageous.
