Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Shellingford Depot.

What will you be doing?
- Average 40 hours per week
- Working to KPIs and business demand
- Overseeing a team of 20 Operatives
- Recruitment, training and development of staff
- Motivating and guiding the team
- Addressing and resolving issues to ensure effective operation
- Stock management
- Monitoring and maintain health and safety compliance
- A flexible approach to working hours between 7:00am – 8:00pm
Am I right for the job?
You will also be involved in picking and loading multi part orders yourself assisting the team when necessary so you must hold a valid counterbalance FLT certificate of competence.
- At least 3 years of operations management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate in a warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
This role includes manual handling of our products; you must be comfortable doing so in the correct manner.
